The emergency condition of the road surface complicated life for dwellers of Borovichi town and neighbouring settlements for many years.
Apart from complex logistics for operating facilities and small and medium businesses, a more vital issue was long waiting of ambulances. Even mobile intensive care units could hardly arrive in time, especially in situations when every minute counts.
On the initiative of Evgeniy Antonov, head of the MYAKISHI factory, this issue was raised and probable solutions were suggested at the meeting of President Vladimir Putin and entrepreneurs. As a result, the state budget assigned 2.5 bln rubles for repair and construction of roads.
At the moment, the road issue has been fixed and life became easier for both residents and entrepreneurs.
