While restoring a residential house of the mid-19th century the family of entrepreneur Evgeniy Antonov made an unexpected and historically valuable discovery.
They found "messages from the past", such as delivery notes and letters to the merchants Mitrofanovs who had owned the house. Evgeniy Antonov as a true patriot of Borovichi passed over the priceless find to the history museum.
"We did not expect gratitude, we did as we saw fit", Evgeniy Antonov sincerely believes.
